Registration party meet and greet:
July 23, 2010
The bar will open at 5 pm
Registration will be from 7:30 - 10:00 pm

We will include in your welcome kit a list of recommended places to eat or order in food from the area around the hotel

The Captain's meeting will be at 8:30 in a meeting room in the hotel

Post tournament party:
Location: The Ballroom at The Inn at Towamencin
- One banquet ticket will be included with each players fee. Additional banquet tickets can be purchased for $20 and can be paid to your team captain in advance by June 30th
- includes the buffet dinner, non-alcoholic drinks and dessert

Doors will open at 6:30 for "Happy Hour"
Dinner will be served at 7:15
Trophy presentations will begin around 8:45 - 9:00
The banquet is presently scheduled to conclude at 11

Rates:

Price per room is $95/night + tax.  (Note, not per person, per room).  We have a block of ~90 rooms.  If you are a couple and are not planning in sharing the room with anyone, ask for the king bed rooms, otherwise request the rooms with two queen beds.  All rooms are non-smoking.

Reservations:

Please book hotel rooms through Nancy Borcky (610-543-2897) or by phone to the hotel.  When calling Nancy, please state that you are part of Fann Cup 2010.  We would prefer you go through Nancy (price is the same regardless), as she can then coordinate all rooms with the hotel and ensure there are no problems. If you wish to call the hotel directly, you need to speak with the group sales manager, KASH (Kash@vallyforgeinn.com or 267-646-1005).  Rooms can not be booked on-line, as it will show as sold out.  If you do not tell them it is for Fann Cup, they will tell you it is sold out. 

Player Fees:
• $1,050 per team entry fee - team fee includes up to 15 players.  Additional players are $70 US per player
• If fees received by April 30th, $70 US per player
• If fees received by May 30th, $80 US per player
• If fees received after May 30th, $90 US per player

Player fees include:
• Access to the games, teams will play 4 games minimum
• FC2010 tee shirt
• Banquet meal
